Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and goals. Assist with material handling, framing, and other essential construction duties. Report issues or discrepancies promptly to supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints proficiently. Prior construction experience preferred but not required. OSHA 10-hour certification is a plus. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment. Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Work alongside experienced professionals and report directly to the Site Supervisor. Collaborate closely with general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure project success. Compensation: $19 per hour. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, Florida.
