Key Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including building, demolition, and site preparation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise execution.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites following health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and timelines.
• Assist with material handling, framing, and other essential construction duties.
• Report issues promptly to supervisors to sustain workflow and productivity.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Prior construction experience preferred but not mandatory.
• OSHA 10-hour certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
• Physical endurance to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

Work alongside experienced professionals and report to the Site Supervisor while coordinating with general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades. This position is not remote and requires presence at our Miami site.

Compensation: $19 per hour.
