Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care and promote patient comfort.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and document health information.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations.
• Participate in care conferences and team discussions to support positive patient outcomes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
• Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong patient-care, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Hospital or clinical experience is advantageous; at least one year of nursing experience is preferred.
• Competency with electronic health record (EHR) software.

Team and Reporting

Report to the Nurse Manager and work alongside physicians, specialists, and other healthcare staff. The team values inclusion and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Compensation and Schedule

Salary: $55,000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position in Orlando, Florida.
