Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to understand project specifications.
• Perform construction tasks such as framing, roofing, and installing structures according to design plans.
• Conduct demolition and site preparation activities prioritizing safety.
• Use hand and power tools effectively to ensure quality workmanship.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Follow all safety regulations and protocols on the job site.
• Participate in team meetings and suggest improvements to work processes and efficiency.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans.
• Proven problem-solving skills in a construction environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Previous construction experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.
