Key Responsibilities Execute construction tasks precisely according to blueprints and specifications. Perform physical labor such as lifting heavy materials, digging trenches, and operating construction equipment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently. Communicate progress and any issues clearly with supervisors. Follow all safety standards and practices to ensure a safe job site. Assist with site preparation and post-project clean-up activities. Participate actively in team meetings regarding project status and timelines. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and supervision interaction. Prior construction or related experience preferred but not mandatory. OSHA or other construction safety certifications are a plus. Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks consistently.
