Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup to maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Perform construction tasks including framing, roofing, and concrete pouring following industry standards.
- Strictly adhere to safety compliance guidelines to protect yourself and coworkers.
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment, ensuring proper condition and cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and subcontractors to coordinate work and resolve issues.
- Inspect work areas to identify hazards or problems and report them promptly to management.
