Key Responsibilities

• Read and follow blueprints and project plans to complete construction tasks accurately.
• Help track project timelines and complete assigned work by established deadlines.
• Coordinate with crew members to support clear communication on site.
• Perform physical labor, including lifting and digging, and operate basic construction equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Update site supervisors on progress and report issues that could affect timelines.
• Take part in team meetings about project goals and progress.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience reading blueprints and familiarity with basic project management required.
