Key Responsibilities Ensure strict adherence to safety compliance protocols to maintain a safe worksite. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately follow project specifications. Assist with site preparation, material handling, and structural assembly tasks. Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule and within budget. Perform routine maintenance and inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality. Participate in job site meetings to discuss project progress and resolve any issues. Support onboarding and training of new team members on safety and job responsibilities. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in a construction environment. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical documentation. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Prior construction experience is preferred but not required. As part of our construction team, you will work closely with skilled tradespeople, foremen, and project managers, reporting directly to the site supervisor.
