• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tools and equipment to ensure proper operation.

• Support onboarding and training of new team members on safety and job duties.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in a construction setting.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Prior construction experience is preferred but not required.
