Key Responsibilities Follow blueprints and instructions to assist in construction, renovation, and maintenance of buildings and structures. Perform various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, flooring, and general labor duties. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time while prioritizing safety. Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe environment. Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites. Adhere to all safety regulations and report any unsafe conditions or injuries promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Construction experience preferred; entry-level candidates eager to learn are welcome. Basic knowledge of blueprints and construction plans. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Understanding of construction safety protocols. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. Reporting to the Construction Supervisor, you will be part of a supportive and skilled team focused on quality and safety.
