Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in construction or a related field (1-2 years minimum). Strong knowledge of blueprints and project management principles. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations. Relevant certifications in construction safety or equipment operation are a plus.
