Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to execute construction tasks accurately.

• Assist with setup and teardown of construction sites, preparing materials and equipment.
• Operate construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings to review project progress and resolve challenges.
• Maintain quality control throughout all construction phases.
• Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years proven experience in construction or related field.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and understand project management processes.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Certifications in construction safety or equipment operation are a plus.

At Subarna, you will report directly to the site supervisor and be part of a structured team that promotes professional growth and effective communication. This position is based in Tampa, Florida and is not eligible for remote work.

Compensation: $19 per hour.
