Contact Center Specialist – Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico

RICARDO is hiring a full-time Contact Center Specialist in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. This on-site role is suited to a motivated, bilingual customer service professional who can communicate clearly, solve problems, and manage multiple systems while helping customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and deliver helpful, professional service.
• Answer inquiries accurately and resolve customer concerns efficiently while navigating multiple computer systems.
• Record customer interactions in the CRM and keep customer information up to date.
• Work with teammates and other departments to resolve issues in line with company policies.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements to services and processes.
• Attend training to stay informed about products, services, and customer care practices.
• Meet performance goals and contribute to team results.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Completed college degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to multitask and work confidently across multiple computer systems.
• Customer-focused approach and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Contact center or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Position Details

You'll report to the Contact Center Manager and work collaboratively with colleagues across departments. This full-time position is based in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico; remote work is not offered.

Pay: 19500 per month.
