Content Creator & Social Media Specialist in Chandigarh

We are seeking a creative Content Creator & Social Media Specialist for a full-time role based in Chandigarh, India. This remote-eligible position supports digital marketing efforts through engaging content creation, social media management, and audience development.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and curate content for social media platforms that reflects the brand voice and supports marketing goals.
• Manage daily social media posts and engage with audiences across platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and events to increase brand visibility.
• Review social media performance metrics, identify trends, and report findings to inform future strategies.
• Keep up with social media trends, best practices, and emerging content creation technologies.
• Build relationships with online communities, influencers, and followers.
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to grow engagement and reach.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with content scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Google Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
• At least two years of experience in content creation or social media management is preferred.
