Content Management Lead Engineer

Tasks

• Define enterprise content management strategy and scalable content architecture
• Lead implementation and modernization of Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, Contentful, or similar CMS platforms
• Drive API-first and Headless CMS strategies
• Develop AI-powered content capabilities including Generative AI, RAG, AI search, and content automation
• Design integrations with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, digital platforms, data platforms, and AI/LLM platforms
• Lead API, microservices, event-driven architecture, DevSecOps, and CI/CD initiatives
• Establish content governance, security, compliance, accessibility, and lifecycle management
• Lead and mentor engineering and architecture teams

Requirements

• 12+ Years
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management / Digital Experience / Content Engineering
• Strong experience with Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, Contentful, or similar CMS
• API-first and Headless CMS architecture
• Azure cloud-native architecture
• REST APIs, microservices, event-driven integration
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
