Contract Engineer

Requirements:
• Male applicants
• 5–10 years of relevant experience as a Contract Engineer
• Concrete knowledge of contract administration, project documentation, and construction contracts
• Experience in road construction projects
• Able to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Can start immediately
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and administer construction contracts
• Review contract terms, variations, and claims
• Prepare and monitor contract documents and project correspondence
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure contractual compliance
• Assist in resolving contract-related issues and disputes
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate contract records
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: ₱60,000/month (negotiable based on experience)

• 8 working hours per day
• 4 days off per month
