CONTRACT OF SERVICE PERSONNEL at Soil and Water Resources Research Division (SWRRD)

Place of Assignment: SRDC Building, Elliptical Road corner Visayas Avenue, DA-BSWM, Quezon City

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Application Letter addressed to the BSWM OIC-Director, Denise A. Solano
2. Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212 downloadable at CSC website) with supporting documents (e.g., TOR, Diploma, certificates of training, license, etc.)
3. Work Experience Sheet (attachment to CSC Form 212), if any
4. Performance evaluation with at least VS rating, if any
