Contract QA Engineer QA Tester

What You Will Do
🔹 Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, smoke, and sanity testing.
🔹 Test mobile applications, web platforms, APIs, and critical product modules.
🔹 Create and execute test cases; identify and clearly document defects.
🔹 Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira or Trello.
🔹 Verify features across testing, pre-production, and production environments.
🔹 Review requirements and provide early feedback on risks, gaps, and edge cases.
🔹 Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable.
🔹 Participate in sprint planning and provide QA estimates.
🔹 Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
🔹 Help improve QA processes, test coverage, and release quality.

What We Are Looking For
🔹 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, Software Tester, or in a similar quality assurance role.
🔹 Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test-case design, and QA life cycles.
🔹 Experience testing web and mobile applications.
🔹 Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
🔹 Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium or Appium is an advantage.
🔹 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
🔹 Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
