Job description
Experienced service contractor/handyman with residential construction experience needed for repairs and finish work on homes. Tasks include interior trim and finish work, siding and exterior repairs, door replacement and adjustment, roofing repairs, general carpentry and home repairs, troubleshooting and completing service work professionally. Must know construction, dependable, able to handle a variety of jobs without constant direction. Manufactured-home experience is a plus.
