Control Room Operator

JOB OVERVIEW:
This role demands vigilance and a high level of attention to detail, as you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the safety and security of our clients and their assets. Your role is critical in ensuring timely and effective responses to security incidents and alarms.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of Matric or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ of experience in a control room or surveillance operations in the security industry.
• PSIRA Certification is compulsory.
• Proficiency in security systems and software, including CCTV monitoring, alarm systems, and access control systems. Experience with ‘Listner’ is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of integrity and ethics.
• Must be willing to work shifts.
