Job description
Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience in a Control Room environment Registered with PSIRA (Grade C)
(Non-Negotiable)
• Grade 2 (Fire) Alarm Monitoring Systems - (Advantageous)
• Computer literacy, excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work shifts - (Day and Night)
• Hard working.
• Ability to work and complete tasks under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills, fast worker, ability to multi-task.
