Financial Additions has partnered with an established and growing construction company looking for a Controller to join the team. The ideal candidate brings a strong construction accounting background, has experience with Sage and ERP implementations and loves being a hands on manager.
This position is in office in Weatherford, TX
Responsibilities:Manages accounting functions and ensures complianceOversees treasury management and cash flowOversees accounts payable and receivablesOversees job cost tracking, WIP reports and customer invoicingLeads and mentors the accounting staffSupports audit preparation, researched discrepancies and resolves issuesIdentify cost saving strategies and revenue opportunities
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field5+ years experience in accountingCost Accounting experience requiredConstruction experience requiredSage300 or Sage Intacct experience required
