Controls Testing & Data Analytics Specialist

Tasks

• Test financial and operational controls, analyze data to identify control weaknesses and potential fraud, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Internal Audit, SOX, ICFR, or Operational Controls Testing.
• Hands-on experience designing and executing control tests.
• Practical experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, ACL, or IDEA for data analytics and fraud detection.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in an evolving environment.
• Visa: GC / USC
• Preferred: Government, infrastructure, construction, transportation, or federally funded project auditing experience.
• Not a fit: Candidates with experience only in IT audit, AML, check fraud, or cybersecurity fraud.
