Key Responsibilities

• Input and update data accurately into computer systems and databases.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while entering data.
• Generate reports as required from data entered into the system.
• Assist in identifying and correcting data entry errors.
• Communicate any discrepancies or issues with the data to the appropriate team members.
• Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks to support overall business operations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent typing skills and speed.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Data Entry Specialist will collaborate closely with team members and various departments to ensure efficient data management and support business needs. Reporting will be primarily to the Team Leader or Manager, with cross-functional collaboration as needed.
