Kitchen experience is necessary, but we’re willing to train the right person who has a passion for barbecue and wants to learn the craft of pitmaster work.

The right candidate must be able to:
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
* Multitask and prioritize during busy service
* Read, understand, and consistently follow recipes
* Work well as part of a team
* Be dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
* Have reliable transportation, and be 18.

Pay range starting $17-$23 per hr dependent on experience.
