Requirements
- Master’s degree in education or a relevant subject.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years in academic or curriculum planning or development.
- Preferred experience as an academic coordinator, HOD, senior teacher, curriculum coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Experience in curriculum development, planning, and academic work.
- Ability to guide teachers in teaching methods and assessment.
- Experience with system assessments, examinations, performance evaluation, effective grading, classroom observation, and maintaining academic standards.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and language skills.
