Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Ecommerce Job Responsibilities • Social Media platforms & Ecommerce Management. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and feedback on various social media platforms. • Verify and order Confirmation in Social Media platforms & Ecommerce. • Coordinate with the sales and logistics to fulfill orders efficiently. • Address and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and effective manner. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business. • Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive brand loyalty. • Gather and document customer feedback. • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases to ensure efficient communication and order processing. • Prioritize and manage times to ensure quick and effective customer support Implement response time targets and monitor adherence to meet service-level expectations. • Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling of products to increase sales and customer engagement. • Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and purchase history. • Any task assigned by office.
