About the Role

Join a growing corporate practice advising startups, entrepreneurs, and venture capital funds. This opportunity is designed for an attorney with 1-2 years of transactional legal experience and offers a remote position transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Research legal and commercial issues related to client matters.Communicate with clients regarding ongoing projects, legal questions, and outstanding tasks.Review and analyze commercial agreements and transactional documents.Draft agreements, corporate consents, resolutions, and related legal documents using established precedents.Assist attorneys with transactional matters involving startups and emerging companies.Support venture capital and corporate transactions from initial drafting through closing.Maintain organized files and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.Contribute to client service by providing timely and practical legal support.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of transactional legal experience as a licensed attorney.Excellent communication, organizational, and document management skills.Willingness to learn technical, legal, and business concepts.Strong interest in entrepreneurship and emerging businesses.
