Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate in Chicago, IL, with 2 to 4 years of experience in general corporate/commercial matters, M&A transactions, and preferably private equity, joint ventures, and corporate governance. Knowledge of securities law and technology is advantageous.
DutiesHandle general corporate and commercial matters.Manage M&A transactions and equity investments.Advise on joint ventures and partnership issues.Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
Requirements2 to 4 years of relevant legal experience.Excellent academic credentials.Experience in a law firm setting.New York Bar admission required.
