Our corporate & commercial team is expanding, and we're looking for a legal practitioner ready to get stuck into real transactional work — not just watch from the sidelines.
What you’ll do:
• Banking & finance and capital raising deals
• Project, infrastructure & energy finance
• Corporate structuring and M&A
• Drafting commercial agreements & regulatory advice
What you bring:
☑ Admitted legal practitioner, 3–8 years post admission
☑ Solid grounding in corporate & commercial law (or hungry to build one)
☑ Someone who thrives under pressure and owns their deadlines
☑ Dedicated, sharp, and self-motivated
