Key Responsibilities For The Corporate Development Analyst

Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases for acquisitions and strategic investmentsSupport all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence and deal executionPrepare presentations and materials for executive leadership, board meetings, lenders, and investorsConduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarkingEvaluate partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic growth opportunitiesSupport special projects for the office of the CFO, including ERP and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications For The Corporate Development Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Strategic FinanceAdvanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skillsStrong financial statement analysis and communication skills
