This full-time role is essential in empowering our employees with expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, driving innovation and productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive training sessions on Microsoft Power Platform tools, ensuring clear understanding of concepts and practical applications.
- Create and update comprehensive training materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules tailored to diverse learning preferences.
- Evaluate learner progress through assessments and feedback, adapting training approaches to maximize effectiveness.
- Partner with department leaders to identify specific training needs and design customized programs aligned with business goals.
- Conduct workshops and personalized coaching to support employees in mastering Power Platform technologies.
- Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and integrate new features into training content.
- Analyze training outcomes using metrics and participant feedback to continuously enhance program quality.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with training development software and instructional design tools.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a similar role.
