koenig solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a full-time Corporate Trainer – Microsoft Power Platform in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This role is eligible for remote work and focuses on helping employees build practical skills with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions on Microsoft Power Platform concepts, tools, and business applications.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning resources for different learning styles.
- Evaluate learner progress, gather feedback, and adapt training methods to improve outcomes.
- Work with department heads to identify training needs and develop programs aligned with company goals.
- Lead workshops and provide one-on-one coaching to employees using Power Platform tools.
- Keep training content current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and new features.
- Track training effectiveness using metrics and feedback, and continuously improve programs.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Three to five years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related area.
- Experience using training software and tools to develop learning programs.
- Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly preferred.
