Job description
Tasks
- To provide psychotherapy to Community Clinic clients and family members.
- To provide program leadership as dictated by client and program needs.
- To work as part of the health care team.
- To participate in health education activities.
- To participate in the clinical supervision of practicum students.
- To participate on community committees and boards to develop and maintain relevant community services.
Requirements
- A Masters degree in Social Work or Psychology, or the equivalent in work experience, training and education.
- To qualify as having the equivalent to a Masters degree, a person must have a Bachelors degree, such as a B.S.W. or B.A. (Hon. Psych) that includes several courses in counselling theory and practice and a counselling practicum, plus additional training and at least six years experie
