Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily lawn maintenance operations and crew performance.
* Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
* Safely operate and maintain lawn care equipment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the lawn mowing field is required.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Ability to lead a team effectively and manage a schedule.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Pay: $16–$23 per hour, based on experience.
