Bethesda Family Dentistry is hiring a Remote Onboarding Specialist to join our Human Resources team in California City, California. This full-time remote position is key to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, boosting satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the complete onboarding process, ensuring all new hire paperwork and documentation are accurate and complete.
• Conduct engaging orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, procedures, and culture.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to prepare workspaces and tools for new team members.
• Address new employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and onboarding materials promptly and professionally.
• Utilize HR software to track onboarding progress and maintain up-to-date employee records.
• Collect and analyze feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
• Assist in creating and updating onboarding materials and presentations to enhance engagement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with HR software platforms.
• Previous onboarding or HR support experience preferred but not required.
