Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
• Lead orientation sessions to educate new hires on company policies, procedures, and culture.
• Work closely with hiring managers to prepare workspaces and tools for new employees.
• Address new hire inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and onboarding materials promptly.
• Utilize HR software to monitor onboarding progress and maintain accurate employee records.
• Collect and analyze feedback from new employees to improve the onboarding process.
• Support the creation and enhancement of onboarding materials and presentations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
