Crew Lead

Three Wise Men Holiday Lighting is looking for one individual to lead our Greenbrier/Vilonia Installation Crew.

The right candidate must be 18+ and own a truck that can carry four to five individuals.

Benefits:
- Hourly pay plus mileage.
- Paid weekly
- Contract labor so whatever you make, we pay you 100% of that amount
- Our crew leads made over $950 per 40 hours worked last season, and our experienced Crew Leads will earn even more this season
- No experience needed.
- We provide all the tools and training required to lead our crews.
- Work begins October 1 and runs through the middle of December. We shut down for Christmas and begin work again right after the first with an expected end date somewhere between mid to late January.
