Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to prepare for cases.
• Draft and file legal documents, including motions and briefs.
• Represent clients in court, advocating for their rights and interests.
• Negotiate settlements and plea agreements with opposing counsel.
• Maintain client relationships through regular communication and updates.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in criminal law and legal procedures.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals on case preparations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing criminal law.
• Strong litigation skills with a proven track record in courtroom advocacy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Membership in the Bar Council of India.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and software.
