CSR Handling International Accounts Voice and Chat

At least 6 months of BPO experience handling international accounts. At least a high school diploma. Strong communication skills (conversational, confident, spontaneous, relational). Strong comprehension and learning agility. Able to work in a paperless environment with stringent compliance to information security measures. Must be able to provide NBI clearance before the start date.
