CSR Pl

The Third Party Logistics (3PL) CSR is responsible for processing orders to the distribution floor for accurate and timely routing/shipping. Overall job will focus on shipping orders within customer's requirements. You will be the key link between our customers, carriers, and our warehouse team to ensure exceptional service every day.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor, process, and ensure all orders processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Route and schedule daily pick-ups and print Bills of Lading.
- Ensure routing and scheduling comply with customer/vendor standards to reduce surcharges.
- Work closely with the distribution floor to ensure shipments are dock confirmed.
- Provide outstanding customer service to our customers, carriers, and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years prior trafficking in customer service experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with a focus on customer service
- Working knowledge of shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, manifests)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Internet
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Detail-oriented with excellent decision-making skills.
