About the role
Houston Jobs is urgently hiring a motivated and outgoing CSR / Telemarketing Representative to promote RedCap Staffing services to local businesses.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and assist clients and applicants.
- Make sure calls are from potential clients.
- Promote RedCap Staffing services to local businesses.
- Assist with leads, recruiting task information, and office and recruiting tasks.
- Visit local businesses once or twice a week to introduce the team and help with job clients.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfort speaking with businesses and potential clients.
- Sales, telemarketing, customer service, or staffing experience is a plus.
