RedCap Staffing is looking for a motivated and outgoing CSR / Telemarketing Representative to join our team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (as shown):
- Answer calls and assist clients/applicants
- Make sure call is potential clients
- Promote RedCap Staffing services
- to local businesses
- Assist up with leads and recruiting task info
- Assist with office and recruiting tasks
- Visit local businesses once or twice a week to introduce our team, and help in job clients

REQUIREMENTS (as shown):
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with businesses and potential clients
- Sales, telemarketing, customer service, or staffing experience is a plus
