RedCap Staffing is looking for a motivated and outgoing CSR / Telemarketing Representative to join our team!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer calls and assist clients/applicants
• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Promote RedCap Staffing services
• Go to businesses
• Assist with in leads and recruiting tasks and send out information
• Assist with office and recruiting tasks
• Visit local businesses once or twice a week to introduce our team, and help in new clients
