What You’ll Do:Represent client brands professionally through face-to-face customer interactions in a retail environmentAssist with in-store marketing events, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach initiativesEngage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or servicesDeliver personalized customer experiences that build positive relationships, increase brand awareness, and encourage long-term customer loyaltyCollaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales and marketing campaign effortsTrack basic customer interactions and sales activityParticipate in ongoing training sessions focused on sales and face-to-face marketing techniques
Who You Are:High school diploma or equivalent required1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred (but not required)Positive, coachable, and goal-oriented with strong communication skillsReliable transportation and consistent punctuality
