This contract role offers a competitive hourly wage between $15.00 and $19.00 based on experience. Key Responsibilities Provide responsive, personalized support via phone, email, and chat. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy. Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the management system. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and enhance service delivery. Assist in training new team members by sharing best practices. Analyze customer feedback trends and report insights to management. Participate in team meetings to develop effective customer service strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior customer service experience preferred.
