Your Role:
• Handle customer calls, inquiries (phone, inbox, email)
• Confirm and process retail orders
• Coordinate with team to make ready parcels
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain customer records and follow up
Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Bangla & English)
• Basic computer skills
• Friendly, patient and solution-oriented
• Prior experience is a plus (freshers can also apply)
