Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely follow-up on purchase orders, shipments, and invoicing while meeting service level commitments. Collaborate with Planning, Production, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure product availability and demand fulfillment.
ResponsibilitiesEnter and manage customer orders in the ERP system.Monitor customer purchase orders from receipt through final delivery.Collect, analyze, and consolidate demand forecasts.Monitor and analyze the On-Time Delivery (OTD) indicator.Manage and resolve escalations related to deliveries, product availability, and customer service.Follow up on shipments, deliveries, and invoicing processes.Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for demand, supply, production, and inventory planning.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, Inventory Turns, Forecast Accuracy, Service Level, and Cost-to-Serve.Prepare executive reports and analyze data to support decision-making.Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure customer commitments are met.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in customer service and supply chain processes.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Customer Service roles within a manufacturing environment.Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).Advanced English (business and conversational proficiency).Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), capacity planning, and production constraint management.Knowledge of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.Experience in automotive, electronics, or industrial manufacturing environments.Power BI or other data visualization and analytics tools.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
