Job description
Brilliant Marketing Emporium is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. This full-time role is essential in delivering excellent customer support and enhancing satisfaction through prompt and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring timely issue resolution. Collect and document customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings. Guide customers in product selection and usage to maximize satisfaction. Handle customer complaints professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service processes and satisfaction metrics. Train new hires on customer service standards and best practices. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using company systems. Required and Preferred Qualifications Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer issues. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure.
