Kcc-coffee is hiring a part-time Barista and Grill Cook in Retreat, Western Cape, South Africa. Join a welcoming team and help create memorable guest experiences by preparing quality coffee and grilled food.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee beverages and grilled menu items to established quality standards.
Take customer orders, offer recommendations, and provide friendly, attentive service.
Keep workstations and dining areas clean and organized while following food safety and hygiene practices.
Work collaboratively during busy shifts to support efficient service.
Restock supplies, assist with inventory, and report shortages.
Participate in training to develop barista skills and grill cooking techniques.
Share feedback and ideas in team meetings to improve service and menu offerings.

Qualifications

Barista skills certificate or equivalent training preferred.
Strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
Food service experience is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and grill cooking techniques is an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
