Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and grilled menu items, ensuring each product meets our standards of excellence. Interact with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a satisfying dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstations and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members during busy shifts to manage workflow and maintain service efficiency. Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting any shortages. Engage in ongoing training to refine barista skills and learn new grill techniques. Participate in team meetings to share ideas and feedback on improving customer service and menu offerings. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certificate in Barista Skills or equivalent training. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. Prior experience in a food service role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and grill cooking techniques. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
