About the role
People Store Staffing Solutions is looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in the lighting and construction industry.
Tasks
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process orders and coordinate deliveries
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and internal teams
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth order fulfillment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Construction-related customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
- Contract with strong potential for permanent employment
