Part-Time Data Entry & Customer Support Assistant in Vaughan, ON

Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data into databases ensuring data integrity and consistency. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers by resolving issues, providing product details, and guiding them through services. Maintain organized records of all customer interactions and data management activities. Work closely with team members to improve and streamline customer support processes. Track and manage follow-up tasks to ensure all customer concerns are addressed timely. Provide feedback to management regarding common customer issues and suggest improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Proficient in accurate data entry with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude. Experience in customer support or related roles is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office software tools. No formal education required; relevant experience is advantageous. Previous part-time work experience preferred. This role is based in Vaughan, ON and is not remote. Compensation: $35,000 per year (part-time)
