Customer Service Representative

PAY: $17.50 per hour

AVAILABLE WORK SCHEDULES:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Tuesday – Saturday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Tuesday – Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Tuesday – Saturday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Research order status and delivery information
- Confirm delivery windows and communicate expectations
- Document all notes and complete basic data entry
- Communicate with warehouse, dispatch, and other teams

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer service or call-center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortability with computers and working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
