CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring that all concerns, requests, and transactions are handled efficiently and professionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Provide accurate information on services, policies, and procedures.
• Handle orders, payments, returns, exchanges, and customer concerns.
• Coordinate client communication, shipments, and external partners.
• Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and follow up with clients.
• Deliver professional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Travel to assigned locations or branches as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduating of any four (4) year course
• 2 years Experience in logistics or customer service is an advantage but not required
• Basic understanding of transportation, shipping, documentation, and logistics terms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
