Tasks
- Respond to player questions via email and messages
- Assist with league registrations, schedules, and team information
- Help players and captains with their needs
- Support day-to-day league operations
- Create a welcoming experience for our soccer community
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, proactive, and dependable
- Comfortable using email, online platforms, and social media
- Soccer knowledge or experience is a plus!
