Customer Success Representative Location: Guatemala City, Guatemala (Remote - Full work from home) Employment Type: Full-time – 40 hours per week Compensation: $10 per hour (paid biweekly) Language Requirement: Advanced English (C1 or higher) Starting Date: September 10th, 2025 About The Coastal Project The Coastal Project is a fast-growing property management company specializing in long-term and short-term vacation rentals. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to property owners and guests alike. Role Overview As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our property owners. Your role is crucial in maintaining smooth communication, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction and trust. You will act as the liaison between property owners and internal teams to keep everyone aligned and informed. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main contact for property owners, maintaining regular and professional communication. Provide updates on property performance, bookings, and guest feedback. Address owner questions, concerns, and requests promptly with solution-oriented responses. Coordinate with internal departments such as maintenance, guest experience, and cleaning to resolve owner-related issues. Assist owners in understanding company processes, policies, and performance reports. Monitor owner satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of communications, requests, and resolutions. Requirements Located in Guatemala with a reliable internet connection. Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) in both written and spoken communication. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or client relations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Earn $10 per hour, paid biweekly, working full-time (40 hours per week) remotely from Guatemala.
